We support a 15-day return policy on purchases made via this website. Refunds are only applicable for:

Refund requests must be made via our Whatsapp: +62 811-8114-5376, and the returned item must reach us within 15 days of the original purchase confirmation. Returned items must be unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
